Prestige

Founded in 1917, the Asheville Board of REALTORS® has been instrumental in the growth of organized real estate in the state of North Carolina for the past 91 years. With over 1800 REALTOR® and Allied Members, the Asheville Board is the largest local real estate organization in Western North Carolina and has played a major role in the growth and development of the state license law and the NC Real Estate Commission.

Governmental Affairs

Membership in the Asheville Board of REALTORS® makes you part of one of the most powerful and influential grassroots lobbying efforts in the country. Keep abreast of the latest federal and state real estate issues affecting the industry and become involved.

Community Service

The Asheville Board of REALTORS® has a long-standing history of supporting the local community. In 2007 and 2008, the Board has co-sponsored building a Habitat for Humanity home in Asheville and continues to work with this charity. The home build requires the assistance of 200-300 volunteer Board members.

Realizing that networking is a vital part of a successful career in real estate, the Asheville Board of REALTORS® provides you with numerous opportunities for the entire real estate industry to come together.

REXPO, the Asheville Board's Annual Trade Show, brings brokers together with the leading providers of products and services for the industry. REXPO occurs each April.
