Lockbox Key

If someone has sent their request in several weeks ago and have not received the activation, Amy or I can help.

Note:  replacement keys for Activekeys will continue to come from the local board office.  If an agent is having trouble with an authorization code they can call Supra Direct at 877-699-6768.


You have two choices for accessing lockboxes.


ActiveKey – a separate hand-held device that syncs by way of cell signal to update each morning. The total fee is $325,    $25

administration fee and $300 deposit on your leased Supra ActiveKey.  The deposit will be refunded to you if the key is

returned in good condition and working order  prior to the end of our current contract – December 2015.  More information is

eKey – You purchase a fob directly from Supra:  http://www.supraekey.com/Documents/REorderform.pdf.  The eKey itself is

an app on your smartphone.  The fob translates the bluetooth signal from your phone into a signal the iBox can detect.  Cost is

$54.95 for the fob, $50 activation fee, and either $17.61 or $25.34/month. More information is available here –



To order an ActiveKey: Email the completed Supra Activekey agreement,   http://files.ncmmls.net/contracts/Active2015.pdf

to keys@ncmmls.net .  Only page 1 and page 6 are required.  An invoice will be sent to your email you have listed in InnoVia.

Once the agreement is received and payment is made, your key will be programmed and shipped to the address indicated on

the agreement via UPS Ground Delivery.  Keys are programmed on Tuesdays.


To order an eKey, call 1-877-699-6787 and speak with a customer service agent.  Or, you may order by faxing this form

http://www.supraekey.com/Documents/REorderform.pdf to 1-800-382-6119.  You will need to download the eKey app for

your phone.  Go to the app store on your phone and search for eKey.  It is a free download on all platforms.  Caution:  the efob

does not work with WINDOWS phones.


There are two levels of service available with eKey, Professional and Basic.  For information on Basic Level Service –

When your key arrives, you will need to spend about 15 minutes over the phone with Rachel Gauthier.  Please email

keys@ncmmls.net to set up an appointment to activate your app – Tuesdays only.  At this time, the activation fee will be

charged to your credit card and the monthly fee to Supra will be set up.  You will be given a 30 digit activation code during this

phone call.  This will unlock the app and allow you to start using it.  Once the app is activated, you will need to pair your fob

with your phone.  Instructions for pairing the device are included with your efob shipment.
