Mandatory Update Information:
This is the NC Real Estate Commission's annual Update course, which is required of all NC-licensed real estate agents. 4 Update credit hours will be awarded for participation.

This year’s course topics include:

• Agency Disclosure Requirements
• Selected Property Management Issues

• “Due Diligency” in Residential Transactions

Broker-in-Charge Annual Review (BICAR) Information:
This is the NC Real Estate Commission's annual BICAR course, which is required of all NC-licensed Brokers-in-Charge. 4 BICAR credit hours will be awarded for participation.

***Please note that ONLY Brokers-in-Charge and “BIC-eligible” Brokers will receive credit for this course. No elective credit hours are available for other licensees.***
