Wallace lives in North Buncombe county and has spent much of his life in these mountains along what is now the Interstate 26 corridor but what he remembers as Sam’s Gap Road. He has loved nature since he was a Eagle Scout for which he earned his Environmental Science Merit Badge. He is a certified ECO Consultant and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute among other real estate designations. He is a licensed Broker in both North Carolina and Tennessee.
